This is what CONNECT is all about! CONNECT's purpose at Aldersgate is to provide a place for young adults to plug in and connect with a group of peers in order to grow in relationship and faith, with opportunities for fun, fellowship, and service.

 

Connect meets:

For the past several years, CONNECT has had a blast camping, going to the lake, watching movies at the drive-in, playing games, going to concerts featuring various Christian artists, and bowling, not to mention eating and much more! We have served with United Methodist Urban Ministries by cleaning up their housing, served lunch at the drop-in shelter, cleaned up and prepared lunch at the Ronald McDonald House, and, of course, helped Aldersgate with it's "chores". We have had many experiences that have developed greater bonds with our community, and deeper relationships with our faith and with each other. Someone further expressed that it is "a great opportunity to spend time with some genuine people, all who are committed in their service to God".
